Online intervention for people to explore ways to address their health challenges over 3 months
Payment plans determined by annual income of the person with health goals only:

If you make <$30,000/year, the cost is $150 ($50/month x 3)
$135 if paid in full prior to first workshop (10% off)
If you make $30-60,000/year, the cost is $600 ($200/month x 3)
$540 if paid in full prior to first workshop (10% off)
If you make $60-90,000/yr, the cost is $900 ($300/month x 3)
$810 if paid in full prior to first workshop (10% off)
If you make >$90,000/yr, the cost is $1200 ($400/month x 3)
$1080 if paid in full prior to first workshop (10% off)
Refund Policy
Participants may cancel their participation in the 3 Month Program (3MP) prior to the Baseline Workshop and receive a full refund minus a $19 admin fee or full credit for a subsequent 3MP (up to 12 months out). If Participants choose to discontinue their participation on or after the Baseline Workshop and prior to the Midway, they will receive a refund of up to ⅔ of tuition or a partial credit for a subsequent 3MP (up to 12 months out). If Participants choose to leave on or after the Midway, they are welcome to discuss the circumstances leading to their choice and make a request for a partial future participation credit or monetary reimbursement. All requests will be considered based on each individual situation.
