3 MONTH PROGRAM
Online intervention for people to explore ways to address their health challenges over 3 months
In this transformational education program, you will have scheduled meetings with trainers in small groups--and in large group settings. It consists of 90 minute weekly meetings, coupled with three 90 minute workshops. You will also have opportunities to work with a trainer on a one-on-one basis upon request.
This program is for people who have health goals to work on with someone who is supportive in their life, such as a family member or friend who is committed to being on 7 large-group and 6 small-group video meetings (their fee is waived if they are not focusing on their own health goals). If you do not have a committed support (“Teammate”), then you will have an opportunity to have a buddy in the community.
Payment plans based on annual income due to our commitment to accessibility:

If you make <$30,000/year, the cost is $150 ($50/month x 3)
$135 if paid in full prior to first workshop (10% off)
If you make $30-60,000/year, the cost is $600 ($200/month x 3)
$540 if paid in full prior to first workshop (10% off)
If you make $60-90,000/yr, the cost is $900 ($300/month x 3)
$810 if paid in full prior to first workshop (10% off)
If you make >$90,000/yr, the cost is $1200 ($400/month x 3)
